Through working with a wide range of clients, nationally and internationally, whether it is an external 3rd party audit, workplace assessment, training session or programme or an advisory project, I seek to engage, motivate, and encourage clients to follow the best food safety practices through understanding the importance of the role they play in the food supply chain.
